This is a hatha yoga program (physical postures) which will be taught step-by-step and guided by a teacher trained in India by Sadhguru. Once you have completed the program, you can practice on your own at home. Yogasanas does not require previous experience with yoga.

Yogasanas are offered as a set of powerful postures to transform the body and the mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. They are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength, but are a way of aligning the inner system to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thereby naturally achieving a state of health, joy and bliss.

Saturday November 17th Session 1: 8:00-11:30am; Session 2: 4:30-8:00pm
Sunday November 18th Session 3: 8:00-11:30am; Session 4: 4:30-8:00pm

Breaks are included and attendance for all sessions is required.
