non-Muslims seeking to boost their own understanding of a diverse world would benefit from joining in the institute.
It’s how to be a better leader all around, and this year we are going to be partnering with the National Center for Civil and Human Rights on advocacy — how to identify a cause and advocate for it,
The Islamic Speakers Bureau Leadership Institute (ISBLI) is an initiative of the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta (ISB) in partnership with CIFAL Atlanta and other thought leaders and practitioners. ISBLI trains and cultivates civic leaders who create positive and constructive changes to add value within communities and encourage sustainable approaches to creating a more prosperous and peaceful planet.
ISBLI is now accepting applications for its Leadership Class of 2020.
The ISLBI program is for individuals who:
- Aspire for excellence and professionalism
- Are excited about being challenged and achieving results
- Want to improve their leadership skills
- Want to network with a diverse group of community and civic leaders
- Have some leadership and volunteer experience
- Minimum age for applicants is 25
- Are interested in receiving certification from the United Nations Institute of Training & Research

Cost: ISB Leadership Institute’s early-bird rate is $1,000 for the entirety of the program, including meals, graduation expenses and a DISC personality assessment conducted at the Aug. 24 orientation by an intercultural specialist.
