As we observe Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda’s 105th Jayanti on 8 May 2021, we bow in reverence to his glory and all that he stood for – his persona, his vision, his work.
At Chinmaya Niketan, we will be performing "Guru Paduka Puja" from 6:30 PM to 7.30 PM on Saturday, May 08th.
Given the uncertainty of the pandemic, our minds are turned in prayer, finding wisdom in his words, seeking grace at his feet.
Beginning on 8 May, Chinmaya Mission offers to the world a rare treat. Pujya Gurudev, in virtual form, is coming to your home and to your Centre. On this auspicious occasion, all are invited to partake of his glory through his video Jnana Yajna on Chapter 7 of Bhagavad Geeta. As you know, our Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modiji will inaugurate the grand online Geeta Jnana Yajna on 8 May 2021.
Let information about the Yajna resound in all corners of the world. Each one can take a sankalpa to invite all contacts. Let us use the various social media avenues to bring the maximum viewers to Pujya Gurudev. He will do the rest!
