About the artists:
Fareed Ayaz and Abu Muhammad perform the mystic music of the Sufis, known as Qawwali. The ensemble has gained worldwide recognition for their art, which they learned from their forefathers. They specialize in classical Qawwali renditions. Their wide secular repertoire includes great Sufi poets of Urdu, Farsi, Hindi, Brij, Purbi, Punjabi, and Sindhi.
