Ramadan Volunteer Event: Foster Care Support
5/19/2018 10:00 AM
Due to the level of success and overwhelming interest and excitement around last year's event, we have decided to go back for round 2 this Ramadan, Insha'Allah!
Please join Madina Institute and Roswell Community Masjid - RCM as we take time to volunteer at the Foster Care Support Foundation in Roswell, GA.
All volunteers MUST complete this form to help make sure that we have an accurate head count to report to the foundation.

ABOUT:
FCSF serves a vital and growing need throughout Georgia by providing free clothing, infant equipment and developmental toys to thousands of children in foster and relative care.
MORE INFO:
Volunteers do some of the following at the Foster Care Support Distribution Center depending on the tasks at hand for the day:
- Sort clothing, size or restock the center for easy selection by foster children.
- Play with babies and toddlers in the nursery while foster parents select their needed items
- Wash, put together or take apart infant equipment to make sure all is safe and in excellent condition to be used by a foster child.
- Fill orders for children living too far away to come themselves, pack them and get them ready for shipping.
**Please note that this event is not recommended for anyone under the age of 12 years old. If you are under the age of 18, a parent will need to sign a waiver to bring with you before you attend. Once you complete the form, you will be sent a waiver to print and complete.**
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mayesha Manzoor at mayeshamanzoor@gmail.com or Nasim Omar at nasimomar1965@gmail.com
