EKG’s: will be performed on individuals over 50 years old, with a history of diabetes, hypertension, or heart problems
* Bone Mineral Density test
*Education on diabetes, Smoking, Exercise, Hypertension, Nutrition
*Audio Screening-Hearing test
*Vision Screening
BLOOD TEST: Will be offered from 7:30 A.M. to 12:00 Noon. (Charge: $25.00)
Please do not eat anything after midnight, if you are above 18 years old
For Blood Test Includes:
Cholesterol Screening-Good and bad cholesterol and Triglycerides-Heart Disease Caused by Fat in the blood
Blood Count-Anemia with Low Blood and per screening for different types of Leukemia’s
Blood Sugar-To check for Diabetes
Thyroid-To check for Hyper or Hypo thyroid and related problems
Kidney-To rule out kidney problems
Liver Functional tests-To rule out liver problems
Serum (P.S.A.)-To detect prostate problems in males
Other Tests-To test for Metabolic Disorders such as Sodium, Potassium, Phosphorous, Calcium
Free Refreshments will be available during the fair
