David Kaye is an international expert on human rights and freedom of expression and a leading voice on digital security, free speech, and the internet.
Launched in 2016, the Global Leaders Lecture brings national and international leaders to Emory to speak on a range of issues related to promoting the rule of law as an instrument of national and international security.
Emory Law’s International Humanitarian Law Clinic works directly with international tribunals, militaries, non-governmental organizations and other entities to enhance protections during wartime and promote accountability for war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity.
He might include the recent shutdown of the internet in Kashmir.
