CANCELLED: Sunday FUNday: Rangoli

Rangoli, graphic patterns created from rice flour, grains, or flowers, are made on the at thresholds to welcome the Hindu deities Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity, and Bhudevi, the goddess of the Earth. Visit the special exhibition Transcendent Deities of India and then stop in the studio to create your own Rangoli using traditional materials like rice flour and brightly-colored sand. 

Sunday FUNday is a free, drop-in event for all families. No registration is required.
