Traditional Tibetan Sacred Musical Performance

Traditional Tibetan Sacred Music performed by Techung and Guang Wang, cello
Please join us for an exciting concert featuring two of Emory's world renowned musicians, the Tibetan singer-songwriter Techung and the Vega Quartet cellist, Guang Wang. It will comprise Tibetan lay music, both traditional and contemporary, revolving around three themes: spiritual teachers, sacred places, and divine figures. Guang Wang's cello will add an unusual, lush, bi-cultural dimension to many of these distinctly Tibetan works.
