Working to Create a Safe Space for AAPI Queer Youth

HELP CREATE SAFE SPACES FOR AAPI QUEER YOUTH!
We are working with a group of Asian American and Pacific Islander (Asian, South Asian, East Asian, Pacific Islander, etc. /Indian, Chinese, Korean, etc.) friends, folks, activists, and aunties, who have gotten together to discuss the need for a safe space for LGBTQIA, AAPI youth. We are hosting a group of teens to talk about their challenges, needs, experiences, and requirements to see if this is something that would interest them and what it would look like.
This open conversation will be on June 8th, at Asian Americans Advancing Justice Atlanta. The participants can be anywhere between 14 years old and 20 years old, and we’ll have pizza, drinks, and gift cards for participants.
Please forward to young people you know who would be interested!
