Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn the ancient science of Yoga and Ayurveda directly from yoga's birthplace of India without making the long trip Yoga and Ayurveda are closely-linked ancient sciences from India. The combination of the two leads to a gradual purification of body, mind, and soul for the purpose of one's physical, mental and spiritual evolution.

---Yoga Philosophy & Yogic principles
 ---Asans (postures) 

----Relaxation technique to purify and heal the body and mind
 ----Yoga Dance and much more!
