New films in Bollywood: Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukherjee will hit the screens on December 4 / Coolie No. 1, a remake of the 1995 film of the same name, is set to release on December 25 directed by David Dhawan / Choreographer-filmmaker Remo D’ Souza will soon direct his next dance film titled Dancing Dad /Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Kwatha.

MOVIE REVIEW : Laxmii

Just when you thought 2020 couldn’t get worse, along comes the horror-comedy Laxmii to prove you wrong. The remake of a Tamil hit Kanchana, written and directed by Raghava Lawrence, Laxmii, previously titled Laxmi Bomb, is so absurd that it can’t even begin to entertain you. What’s more, Akshay’s unabashed caricaturing of his transgender avatar dilutes the film’s basic message about the society’s insensitivity towards the third gender.

Deepika, Shraddha, Sara, and Rakulpreet summoned for their ‘drug chats’

In a related development, Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Rakulpreet Singh (Shraddha and Sara have been Sushant’s co-stars) were also summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after their ‘drug chats’ on WhatsApp went viral; but in an anti-climax of sorts, all four were let off after interrogation.
