Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aryan are co-stars in Dostana 2; but their recent holiday in Goa to ring in the New Year, leaves very little doubt that they are a couple now. Apparently, Janhvi broke up with her Dhadak co-star, Ishaan Khatter in December because of his ‘overbearing nature.’

Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor is one of the ensemble cast of Karan Johar’s Jug Jugg Jeeyo which also stars Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Kiara Advani. Unfortunately, soon after the team started shooting for the film in Chandigarh, Neetu and Varun tested positive for Covid-19.

Well, director Anurag Basu returns to this format in his latest offering, a goofy take on love and loss, which effectively uses the popular game of Ludo as a metaphor. There are four diverse, intersecting narratives which are full of outlandish humor and color. But when so much is happening, is it any wonder that the writing is uneven in parts and some twists seem forced.
