Asin, Rahul Sharma tie the knot

Amidst news of break-ups, there is some heartening news, too! Asin and her beau, corporate honcho Rahul Sharma were united in holy matrimony on January 19. The lovebirds had a church wedding in the morning and one as per Hindu rituals in the evening. The couple’s close friend Akshay Kumar, who played Cupid, was the only Bollywood star to be present at both the wedding ceremonies.
Later, the newlyweds hosted a grand reception for their friends from the film fraternity. Sushmita Sen, Preity Zinta, Shilpa Shetty, Jacqueline Fernandez, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia, to name just a few, added glamour to the evening.
