B’wood mourns MF Husain’s passing away

B’wood mourns MF Husain’s passing away M. F. Husain’s death has left Bollywood shocked and sad. The legendary artist, who breathed his last in a London hospital on June 9, shared a close bond with some prominent film personalities, especially his ‘original’ muse Madhuri Dixit Nene, whom he also directed in Gajagamini. The former diva remembered Husain as a person with a great zest for life and revealed that though he spoke about her in glowing terms to others, he was too shy to pay her a compliment directly. Husain’s other muses, Tabu, Amrita Rao, Vidya Balan and Anushka Sharma, also paid tearful tributes to the man who was a passionate admirer of their onscreen personas.
