Esha Deol ties the knot with beau, Bharat Takhtani
The afternoon of June 29 saw celebrities, gurus, industrialists, friends and family gather at the ISCKON temple in Juhu to witness the traditional, South Indian style wedding of Dharmendra and Hema Malini’s daughter Esha Deol to businessman Bharat Takhtani. The bride was resplendent in a red and gold saree especially created out of three Kanjeevaram sarees, while the bridegroom was dapper in an off-white sherwani and a brown brocade jacket in South Indian style.
Esha’s half brothers Sunny and Bobby Deol skipped the wedding, so Abhay Deol (who is said to be close to Esha) performed the brotherly rituals. He was with girlfriend Preeti Desai.
