Freida Pinto signs her first Bollywood film

Freida Pinto, best known for her portrayal of Latika in the Academy Award winner Slumdog Millionnaire, has bagged her first Bollywood project. The yet untitled movie, to be directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, sees the much feted Mumbai-born model and actress cast opposite Raj Kumar Yadav, the guy who made waves with the recently released Kai Po Che, a screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s bestseller The 3 Mistakes of My Life.

Meanwhile, Freida is said to have moved in with her boyfriend of four years, Dev Patel, in Los Angeles.
