Hollywood spin to Rajesh Khanna’s classic Aradhana

It’s difficult for anyone to step into the legendary Rajesh Khanna’s shoes but filmmaker Ashim Samanta plans to remake the late superstar’s classic film Aradhana with his son Aditya. Moreover, Ashim wants to give a modern-day Top Gun twist to the film. “I want to show the hero emerge from fighter planes the way Tom Cruise’s scenes in Top Gun have been filmed,” says Samanta.
Meanwhile, there are plans to turn Kaka’s iconic house, Aashirwad, into a museum but there is no official confirmation yet as the family is still in mourning.
