Mumtaz walks the ramp as Rekha cheers on
Veteran actor Mumtaz proved recently that age is just a number—she is 77—as she walked the ramp for ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra during India’s Most Stylish event. The yesteryear diva was the cynosure of all eyes as she turned showstopper for Manish, dressed in a black saree embellished with floral embroidery. Shilpa Shetty, Urmila Matondkar, and Khushi Kapoor also graced the ramp.
A truly heartwarming moment was when Rekha cheered for Mumtaz and even gave her a standing ovation. Meanwhile, Rekha and Shabana Azmi, both dressed in gorgeous sarees, posed together for the shutterbugs as they attended the special screening of the latter’s Netflix film Dabba Cartel.
