Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas united in holy matrimony
Fireworks lit the sky when Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas exchanged vows in a Christian wedding ceremony on December 1 at Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace hotel, the bride looking beautiful in a high-necked, long-sleeved sheer Ralph Lauren gown with 75-foot-long veil! Parineeti Chopra and Sophie Turner were among the bridesmaids. Then on December 2, for the Hindu rituals, the bridegroom arrived on a ghodi.
The fun-filled wedding festivities had kicked off on November 29 with a colorful mehendi ceremony, a friendly cricket match, and a power-packed sangeet (musical evening), Bollywood style.
The newlyweds hosted a reception in New Delhi on December 4, which was graced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, among other high profile guests.
