Sadhana is no more

Popular yesteryears actress and fashion icon of the 60s, Sadhana breathed her last in Mumbai on December 25, losing her battle to cancer of the bone marrow. She was 74. The actress, known for the Sadhana cut, a fringe that became a rage, kept in touch with only a few chosen friends namely Helen, Waheeda Rehman, and Asha Parekh.
Sadhana, best remembered for her roles in hit films like Woh Kaun Thi, Mera Saaya, Hum Dono, Arzoo, and Waqt, had no children. She married R.K. Nayyar, the director of her debut film Love in Shimla, who passed away some years back.
