Singer KK is no more
After Lata Mangeshkar and Bappi Lahiri, the music industry has lost another gem. Krishnakumar Kunnath, better known as KK, died of a massive cardiac arrest after performing at a concert in Kolkata on May 31. He collapsed in his hotel room after which he was rushed to the hospital where he was declared dead. KKâs sudden and untimely demise has left music lovers in shock. He was just 53.
Some of the most popular numbers of the talented and versatile singer, who was loved for his soulful renditions, are Tu hi meri ashiqui, Tu ashiqui hai, Khuda Jaane, and Aashayein, to name just a few.
