Star-studded premiere of Asha Bhosle’s debut film
The Bollywood glitterati turned up in full splendor at the premiere of Mai, which marks the acting debut of legendary playback singer, Asha Bhosle. Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Sridevi, Kajol, Anil and Sonam Kapoor, to name just a few, were all there to lend support to the much loved and spirited singer-turned-actress.
Meanwhile, the premiere of Race2 also saw a huge starry turnout. But the highlight of the occasion was the bonding between the film’s leading lady, Deepika Padukone and her special guest, Priyanka Chopra. “No one really knows this, but we’ve always been friends. Priyanka is a great person,” gushed Deepika.
