DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN?

1. An Indian American software engineer resigned from Microsoft over the company’s reported involvement in Israeli military technology used in Gaza.

2. Heart of London Business Alliance announced that a bronze statue of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, stars of the legendary film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ), will be unveiled in Leicester Square, London.

3. The U.S. Embassy in India announced that it had cancelled around 2,000 visa appointments that were fraudulently made through bot accounts.

4. Former Australian cricketer David Warner made his Telugu cinema debut in the film Robinhood.

5. A 1954 painting by M.F. Husain sold for $13.8 million at the British auction house Christie’s.

(All five really happened.)
