DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN?

1. Elon Musk’s social media platform X filed a lawsuit in Karnataka High Court, challenging new rules that empower a wide array of Indian officials to demand that online content be removed.

2. A dentist and his engineer wife, both Indian Americans, were sentenced to short jail terms for shoplifting at Singapore’s Changi Airport while awaiting their flight to Mumbai.

3. President Trump threatened to impose a 75 percent tariff on Bollywood movies shown in America if India does not stop buying Russian oil.

4. After a five-year hiatus, India resumed issuing tourist visas to Chinese citizens.

5. Badminton star Saina Nehwal announced her separation from her husband and fellow shuttler Kashyap Parupalli.

(1, 2,4, and 5 really happened.)
