1. Vir Das became the first Indian artist to have a residency at the iconic Lincoln Center Theater in New York.
2. President Trump canceled former Vice President Kamala Harris’s Secret Service protection, which had been extended by former President Joe Biden.
3. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis called the H-1B visa program a “total scam” that allows companies to replace American workers with foreigners.
4. To celebrate Onam, Air India Express offered a special Onam Sadya meal on international flights to and from several cities, including Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
5. Country music singer Alexis Wilkins, 26, shrugged off the 19-year age difference between her and her boyfriend, FBI Director Kash Patel, saying that “there are a lot of people in this administration with age differences.”
