How much do you know about current events in India and the U.S.? Try this short quiz!

1. President Trump said in a memo that U. S. citizens and permanent residents who serve as financial sponsors for a relative immigrating to America will have to reimburse the government if the relative receives federal public aid.

2. Actor Dev Patel made an appearance at the grand opening of Patel Brothers in Suwanee, Georgia.

3. Data from the Census and a community survey revealed that one in six Indian-Americans is undocumented.

4. During the NBA Finals between Steph Curry’s Golden State Warriors and Kawhi Leonard’s Toronto Raptors, two Indo-Canadian fans of the Raptors held a sign that said, “No Curry for these Indians.”

5. Interviewing Lalit Modi on his Netflix show Patriot Act, comedian Hasan Minhaj introduced the businessman and cricket administrator as the “Indian Bobby Jindal.”

(1, 3, 4, and 5 really happened.)
