MLK Tree Planting With Repair The World And Trees Atlanta

Once again we mark MLK day with many others plabting trees in our city. Please join us for this fun and rewarding annual tradition.

Park in the amphitheater lot and cross the street to meet near the amphitheater. There is more parking near the skate park, the dog park, and along the main road in the park. Activities include digging holes, mulching, watering, and cleaning up your planting area. This project is great for all ages, and volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Long pants are recommended as you'll be kneeling on the ground. All volunteers need closed-toed shoes or boots, clothes that can get dirty, and drinking water in reusable containers. No one-time-use plastic bottles, please
