0901hrs IST July 12 2018, on sacred Guruvaar day, our Beloved Revered Dada J.P. Vaswani passes on, from the seen to the unseen. Ever-loving, ever-giving, may he continue to bless us from the beyond.
Satsang was held to pray for his peaceful journey on: Thursday, July 12, 2018 7pm to 8pm

Please allow yourselves a little extra time to park before the event.
The Carter Center is a large complex.
When you enter the premises, please bear to the RIGHT, and follow brown signs for “Event” and “Cecil B Day Chapel / Ivan Allen III Pavilion”.
When you arrive at the entrance of the Chapel/Pavilion, we encourage you to drop off your guests and then loop back and park in the nearest parking lot.
Seating is on a first come basis and the hall doors will be open at 3:30pm onwards.
We will have a wheelchair at the entrance for anyone who should require assistance in seating.

What is Thanksgiving Week?
Thanksgiving Week is celebrated in February since 1998, around the world at the Sadhu Vaswani Mission Centers from New York to Toronto; from Hong Kong to Delhi, across many major cities. It began as a thanksgiving to the Lord for the second life bestowed to Rev. Dada J. P. Vaswani.
It was during this week, in 1998, that our dearly beloved, Rev. Dada J.P. Vaswani went through a quadruple bypass surgery at The Washington Medical Center, USA. What ought to have been a single surgical procedure, turned out to be a series of three major operations performed on him within the period of a week of February 18-24, 1998.
As he lay in his hospital bed, just one thought played in his mind, just one word on his smiling lips: “Shukur, Shukur, Shukur” - Thank you, God! Thank you, God! Thank you, God! Gratitude to Thee for the gift of pain which is as readily accepted as any other gift of joy!
In keeping with Dada’s ideals, special service programs, prayers and events are conducted. The focus of the week is also on poor, needy patients who suffer from debilitating heart ailments.
