Rifka Mayani to teach Bharatanatyam at KSU

Rifka Mayani has already been connecting India and Atlanta through a student leadership exchange between Kennesaw State University (KSU) and institutions in India. Now she has also begun teaching Bharathanatyam at KSU.

Simi Shah wins award for piano teaching literature

Simi Nitin Shah, aged 13, was awarded the prestigious Lynn Freeman Olson Composition Award (Intermediate category) for her composition, “Fragile Dreams,” which will be published as “an excellent contribution to the world of piano teaching literature.”

Shreyas Sreenath receives Fulbright Study Grant
July 2011 - Sreenath is one of four Georgia students receiving a Fulbright scholarship this year. His research will be through the Anthroplogy Department of Dhaka University and CARE Bangladesh.
